How vSure Works
vSure Products
vSure has 4 core products:
- vSure Web App (Enterprise): helps employers with Right To Work checks at the point of onboarding AND monitors temporary visas for changes, cancellations and expiry;
- vSure VEVO / visa checks API: helps software developers embed Work Rights or Study Visa checks into their software;
- vSure Education Edition: helps CRICOS providers monitor student visas and manage their CoE allocations;
- vSure Instant Check: allows small employers and individuals to check employee work rights in an instant.
How vSure Visa Checks works
vSure completes visa checks by linking through to the Department of Home Affairs’ VEVO system.
It is easy to set up your staff in vSure – you can push employees an email or SMS to onboard themselves, or import staff by using Excel or by uploading scans of passport ID pages.
Once your employee details have been entered into vSure, you can check work rights any time with a click of a button – you don’t need to manually type in passport details each time you do a check. You can also schedule regular visa checking for your workforce and receive regular reports which highlight any issues with your temporary visa holders.
Results of the checks are stored securely in the cloud for future reference – this creates an auditable paper trail to avoid the penalties under the Employer Sanctions legislation.
